When Fear Fades Away

A poetry & prose book for the seasons of healing, exploring, and evolving.

A journey of remembering, becoming, and coming home to yourself.

When Fear Fades Away

is a collection of poetry and reflective prose written during a period of personal transition.

It was shaped in a season where life appeared stable on the surface, yet internally no longer felt aligned. The writing traces the subtle but significant process of noticing this disconnect, pausing long enough to acknowledge it, and choosing to respond with courage rather than avoidance.

This book does not aim to instruct or resolve. It offers space —— Space for reflection, recognition, and a return to one’s own sense of clarity.

Why I wrote this

I wrote When Fear Fades Away while navigating my own process of change — learning to pause, to listen more carefully, and to take responsibility for the life I was creating.

This book is not a guide or a method. It’s a record of becoming — and an invitation for you to meet your own process with more patience and honesty.

What this book holds

Inside this 228 pages book, you’ll find words for:

  • the moment you realise something has to change

  • the grief of letting go of what once felt safe

  • the tenderness of learning to choose yourself again

  • the quiet rebuilding of self-trust

  • the return to your own inner clarity

  • the courage it takes to live honestly

This is a book for anyone navigating transition — especially the kind that doesn’t come with clear language, timelines, or certainty.
